International Recruitment
Supporting International Recruitment Across North East London
Connecting Providers with Global Talent
At Care Providers' Voice, we remain committed to supporting adult social care providers across North East London to build a sustainable, skilled, and diverse workforce.
As recruitment challenges continue across the sector, our International Recruitment Team has been working closely with providers and international candidates to ensure a smooth, ethical, and supportive recruitment journey.
Over the past year, our team has made significant progress in strengthening the international recruitment pathway by:
Engaging
with more than 500 care providers across North East London to understand their workforce needs and connect them with suitable international talent
Contacting
over 2,000 international candidates to provide guidance, advice, and employment opportunities within the adult social care sector
Supporting
the North East London (NEL) International Recruitment Team during their information session days, providing practical advice and ongoing support to international recruits as they begin their journey into the UK care sector
Supporting International Recruits Every Step of the Way
Relocating to a new country to begin a career can be both exciting and challenging. Through our partnership with the NEL International Recruitment Team, Care Providers' Voice has been present at information sessions to ensure international recruits already in the UK receive the guidance they need to successfully settle into both their new roles and their local communities.
These sessions provide valuable information on topics including:
- Living and working in the UK
- Understanding employment rights and responsibilities
- Navigating the adult social care sector
- Accessing local support services and community resources
- Building confidence and promoting long-term career success
By offering practical advice and answering questions directly, we help international recruits feel welcomed, informed, and supported from the very beginning.
Our work extends beyond candidates. We continue to work closely with care providers to:
Promote ethical international recruitment practices.
Support workforce planning and recruitment strategies
Connect providers with suitable international candidates
Share guidance, resources, and best practice throughout the recruitment process
Our collaborative approach helps providers recruit with confidence while ensuring candidates receive the highest standard of support.
The role of International Recruitment
International recruitment continues to play an important role in helping address workforce shortages across adult social care. Care Providers' Voice is proud to work alongside providers, partners, and the North East London International Recruitment Team to strengthen the workforce and improve outcomes for both employers and international recruits.
As we continue to expand our reach, we remain committed to delivering high-quality support, building strong partnerships, and helping create a resilient and sustainable social care workforce across North East London.
